Any applicable tax and the exact recurring amount are shown by Stripe before you confirm payment. There is no annual commitment in V1.
Renewal and payment problems
Pro renews monthly using the payment method held by Stripe. If a renewal fails, we may temporarily restrict Pro-only actions while Stripe retries or you update the payment method. Existing courses remain stored within the applicable retention and storage rules.
Cancellation
You can cancel through Settings → Plan & billing. Unless the Stripe portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal is charged. Previously downloaded SCORM files remain yours. Saved courses remain in your account; Free-plan creation and export limits apply after downgrade.
Refunds
Changing your mind does not automatically create a partial-month refund. This does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law. If Scormula has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill, is not fit for a disclosed purpose, or has another major problem, contact us so we can assess the appropriate remedy, which may include correction, cancellation or refund.
Deleting an account
Deleting an account is different from cancelling Pro. The deletion process first stops any non-terminal subscription, then removes active account data and uploaded files. This cannot be undone. Export or retain anything you need before confirming deletion.
